Hi, I'm looking to join a team. I used to play volleyball in high school and am looking to get back into a fun/competitive sport again. I'm not sure of the different leagues and the competitiveness of each. Probably the lower to start out, because I'm sure I'm a bit rusty. Any info would be helpful.

hey Emily, I have a spot open on my Friday quads C3 team for the rest of this session and next session if interested.  we play this Friday at 6:20
